More short sighted corporate greed. It's a great period to try and pull in Twitter users but instead let's add ads for a short term bump in profits.

Ah, veterans on patrol, they have been all over social media and the local news since showing up in NC. Complete bunch of lunatics.

I've literally already seen Trump supporting family members post about how Trump has worked at McDonald's and Harris was lying about it, so that's why he should run the country.

I feel that almost certainly that is where Musk got the idea from, it worked for them, etc!

I've heard this before but if Harris and the Dems are literally controlling the weather, why wouldn't you vote for them?!

The biggest takeaway for me is that all the good sounds bites are going to be Vance sticking his foot in his mouth. Vance had a bunch of safe and boring answers so nothing for Trump's base, who already dislike Vance. Walz was probably nervous but he definitely missed several chances to call things out.

Nah, it was just a show in Germany, even at Nuremberg only like 10 Nazi were executed. Most Nazis were just absorbed back into their society but the Germans just passed specific laws to prevent the display of Nazi flags. That is really the biggest difference. The Germans even let former Nazis back into the government.

Seems like the cops should now be worried about civilian phones exploding and now might consider shooting anyone that tries to hand them a phone /s

"She was also ordered to forfeit more than $11bn (£8.2bn) to the court."

That sounds like profit to me. It was the cooperation with the court that really did it.

I live in rural NC and still see a bunch of signs for him around. I still think he's going to lose, but I know my county will probably still be like 75% Trump and Robinson voters.

People forget, but in the 70's Nader was so feared by the DC elite that Nixon repeatedly complained about him on the Nixon tapes. Nader would have been a good president based on his record of advocating for citizens over corporations.

This is 100% my question. I am assuming to polling was specifically done in an urban environment where there is some public transportation. It makes sense that you'd still have a lot of folks that would still want a car. If this was a more rural poll or would have to be like 99% car.
