I really dont see any issues with it, you can get allright airflow from that one front intake and you have a exhaust for the cpu cooler, you have a side intake for gpu etc...
Your thermals wont be amazing but nothing to worry about either.
EDIT: also i wouldnt use those pcie exhausts they are practically useless and introduce noise for no benefit
