The US’ involvement in the Middle East involves supporting the occupation and genocide of Palestine, giving military and financial to despots, funding and supplying rebels against any unfriendly governments, and a whole range of terrorist attacks targeting civilians, governments, and military alike. This is why Iran is building its “axis of resistance”- it’s a reaction to imperialism in the region and an attempt to regain some sovereignty over regional affairs.

I think this is one most people would figure out in time. After getting blocked on their go-to website, they’ll google or bing or whatever videos, and eventually find some that aren’t blocked and bookmark them.

All blocking porn in the states will do is push users to sites hosted in the EU/Russia/Brazil/etc. Probably with even fewer safety checks or regulations.

Israel frequently claims settlements as “Israeli” land. There is no reason to trust them when they’ve lied consistently for decades.

Kbin doesn’t seem like it’s going anywhere. The repos are dead (one commit in the last two months, written in php which is not promising for new contributors), there’s really only one instance of it, and I don’t know of any communities hosted there. There’s also no app support, which is crucial for me to actually use the platform. The concept is good so I’d love to see it continue, but I also wouldn’t invest anything in the platform at this time.

They do actually make their own software for their TVs, many brands are just using google tv/fire tv/roku. Iirc Vizio sells their TVs at a loss and makes it up with data.

I live in a big city and most of my Amazon orders arrive the next day
