prime klay on the warriors, only because the gap from his prime to his current form is bigger than prime lebron vs now.

rule changes and pacing.

The change to reset the shot clock to 14, instead of 24 and changing the 10 second to 8 second backcourt violation helped increase the pace of the game.

Plus the fact of the change to move towards more analytics and player development.
