I think the Tetris game is supposed to be a border wall-builder. Thus having lines clear wouldn’t make much sense.

I think it’s a typo, intended to say “18-29”, in reference to the age range of the poll statistics of that group.
For context, the screaming part is an Easter egg that plays a Wilhelm Scream if you drop the controller.
Not to mention that the nuclear fuel can be recycled, albeit with some loss, but (at least in the USA) you’re legally not allowed to do that.
