Build storage units. Or climate controlled vehicle/boat storage. Enjoy long-term appreciation and short-term cash flow every month.

Do I need workers comp insurance for my painting company? (alien.top)
 

I’m starting a commercial painting business. My niche will be multifamily apartment community interior repaints between tenants. I don’t know how soon I’d pay a 1099 contractor or an actual employee, but if it’s just me for awhile, what sort of workers comp coverage do I need, if at all?

It’s more important THAT you decide, than WHAT you decide.

Do what you can today. Keep a positive attitude through any failures and focus on enjoying the journey. You only need to be right once.
