I started to play this one, then when I was trying to decide how to place some skill points I went down the absolute rabbit hole of online build sharing, and companion apps to help you track how to place your points and what gear you need to aquire, got overwhelmed and bored at the same time and put it down.

For fire risk the premiums should be sufficient to allow insurance companies to do the mitigation work like vegetation clearing and controlled burns. Or pay into a fund that has state wildlands fire departments like cal fire do the work since they're also the ones that fight the fires. It can also turn into a employment boom for young able bodied folks.

Nobody likes them, but they are what they are. Regular and necessary. You can even start to like them by meditating on task itself, and by expressing gratitude towards the conclusion, which in this example is a nicer cleaner space to live.
