This team looks great on paper but good lord are there glaring issues. Twice in like a week we've let a team drop 70 on us in the first half. Both games ended the same, with a better second half, and a collapse at the end. Maybe we wouldn't need to rely on heroics if we could play 4 quarters of ball.
The turnovers, Jesus Christ the turnovers. Don't know if Garland is still hurt, but he did more to facilitate OKC than the Cavs.
Another night of cold shooting from Mitchell. He's a great player, but if the whole team crumbles every time Mitchell can't put up 40+, that's a bad brand of ball.
The twin towers continue to look like they have zero dawg in them. They look like great rebounders when they are facing a team lacking in size because the ball falls into their hands, but anytime we face some physical bigs, they collapse. See: the embarrassing display against Robinson and Randle in the playoffs.
This team added talent in the offseason, and somehow looks significantly worse. Feels like that playoff series crumbled our confidence and fight.
One last thing, giving Dean Wade Love's minutes and trading away Love was braindead, and an insult to a legend. Wade is absolutely garbage, and I'm lost as to how he consistently gets minutes while looking like the worst player on the floor nightly.
This roster needs to wake the hell up, and fast.
We only let up 1 more PPG than Cleveland but let up like 150 more yards lol bend but don't break
