I guess that the custom part " JSON serialized array of strings" of the "Instruct mode" is important.

There are a tons of psychologist, even online, that can work effectively the duel in just 3-4 sessions. The machines are not programmed to heal. Also, is more healing to speak loud, than to write what's on your mind.
