Pop won’t have orders for that. Pop is given completely free reign. He has basically run the team for nearly 30 years. Everyone in the organisation is loyal to him. The current CEO of the spurs for example was Pop’s head scout. Pop was both GM and head coach, but gave the gm position to him to focus more on coaching.
