I'm wondering if that's more for legal reasons than for technical ones. Then again, I'm not a lawyer, and you could probably get around it by directly using the AT Protocol.

Like him or not, one thing is very clear: Trump has basically redefined the political metagame.

~/Projects/$TOPIC_OR_LANGUAGE/$PROJECT_NAME

ie.

  • ~/Projects/Web/passport.ink for a web dev project
  • ~/Projects/Minecraft/synthetic_ascension for a Minecraft mod

I mean, it is somewhere between extremely difficult and nigh-impossible to build a standards-compliant web browser. And when Chromium is right fucking there, I can see how it's tempting to take it, reskin it, add your own little seasoning, and send it out as your own

The point of a "false prophet" is that they claim to speak for/act in the name of God for their own (evil) ends. False prophets are the highest tier of grifter in a religious context.

I hate to be that guy, but...

(who am I kidding, I very much enjoy being that guy)

For example, I'd take We Happy Few and put it into the hands of either Remedy (of Alan Wake & Control fame) or IO Interactive (of Hitman series fame).

Getting heated is bad for the heart, after all. But I've always had the belief that the worst thing you can be in this world is consciously uninformed, so I wanna stay in the loop.
