hoping someone here might already have a solution! so i got my 2020 toyota camry trd back in like may, now that it’s getting colder obvi i’m wanting to utilize my remote start to let my car warm up before i leave but after watching a couple videos and downloading the app I’m having a lot of issues. #1 my app won’t connect to my car per say, can’t start from the app- called and they said due to the trim of my car i won’t have the ability which i thought was really weird? BUT the woman on the phone said yes up and down that I could utilities the remote start from my key fob.

tried to use the key fob.. no luck? dash will turn on but car doesn’t actually start.
anyone had this issue? do i have to go to the dealership? estimate of repair? (if there even is one lol)
