I'm just so amused by your inclusion of 'hopefully' in that sentence... hard to know what to expect when the whole world is a bit

It can be as plain as "we literally couldn't do this last week" - like when we invented grass that doesn't need to be watered - and people will be there to tell you it's shit and you're incompetent if you feel otherwise.

I was thinking about this and it seems to me that in terms of composing a single message online, it probably takes more energy to be a cunt and apologize than it does to just be nice.

Thanks, I'll check it out tonight!

How is it myopic, though?

IaaS or gtfo? I would love to see more development in this area, but I think you might be covering a bit too much ground with "in a production environment". Tons of smaller (and not so small) companies are still running piles of bare metal chaos and could benefit greatly from even the simplest Proxmox setup.

Yeah, it's solid. Also be sure to check out Proxmox Backup.

One of these at a time, that's how it all works.

I think you are confused. Any modern hardware can easily saturate 10Gbps - it's only ~954MiB/sec.

no, it is similar but not the same.

But not too quickly, because people would move to an alternative overnight if it just ceased to exist.
