I'm not even sure if this is a pro-zach post or not. Hackett is ass

EDIT: 1td4int. My mistake. Siemian lost a fumble today it was not an int. got mixed up.

In light of Jaren getting his first start this week, some interesting facts about the former BYU teammates.

  • Jaren's birthday is March 24, 1998 and Zach's is August 3, 1999, making Jaren 497 days or 1 year and 4 months older.
  • Jaren graduated high school in 2016, two years before Zach in 2018, but went on a 2 year mormon mission (Zach is a degenerate and skipped his mission).
  • After both arriving at BYU in 2018, Zach wrestled the starting job away from incumbent senior starter Tanner Mangum and never looked back, keeping Jaren on the bench for 3 years
  • A full 5 years after graduating high school, Jaren finally got his shot in 2021, starting for two years after Zach left for the NFL
  • After all this, Jaren still had a year of eligibility remaining when he declared for the draft (he would have had this eligibility regardless of the covid year, as he was a medical redshirt in 2020)

There was a post yesterday about Zach having a better 4th quarter passer rating than Brock Purdy and I noticed in the linked pro-football-reference stats page that his 4th down passer rating split was shockingly high, so I decided to see where it ranked all-time (min 25 attempts). Once he figures it out on the other three downs its over for the rest of you hoes
