I read an article a while back that argued the only way to really make housing affordable is to build MASSIVE amounts of housing.
Supply and demand is at least part of the problem.

If the top actual PAY is about $75k/yr, then are they getting $100K/yr in benefits? WTF benefits could cost that much? Are they flying everyone to the Mayo Clinic for checkups every year? Gold toilets? wtf?
Isn't the weather alone enough of an argument against TX or FL? What will it be like there in 10 or 20 years?
You're not wrong.
Vinyl is damn expensive.
I still buy CDs. And back then up to play in my truck. And rip them.
I still think OWNING media is a good idea. No privacy issues at all.
I've noticed that too. It should not count as a balance if you pay in full every month. I assume this is counted towards this trillion dollar amount too which it should not.
Got a how to for #1? Sounds like you hid a lot of complexity in that 1 step.
I think a lot of people would have wet dreams about opening this hardware further by not soldering the memory to the mainboard, etc.
Already looks pretty easy to upgrade the ssd, which is great. Now create a PC-like standard for this handheld size.
I have a few, select cordless tools. Drill is the first that comes to mind. I also have a corded drill because it was cheap to buy and has much more torque than the cordless.
Hmmm. Drill might be the only one. Most of my use is around the house so not a lot of need for cordless.
Thank you for this post.
I actively avoid buying things with a built in battery. Long ago I spend a pretty good amount on a rechargeable Braun electric razor. A few years later I had to throw it away because the battery stopped taking a charge and I had no way to replace it. I had a drill with the same fate. There was plenty of life left in these devices but not in their custom batteries.
A virgin bloody mary.
