Sennheiser IE 600 for $630 AUD (~$410 USD) — worth it? Definitely tempted, but a little worried about QC issues. (alien.top)

Seems like a great price for a well-regarded IEM, however the supposed QC issues (sound cutting out, driver failure, etc.) are making me second-guess myself.

To those who own the IE 600 (or any IEM from the IE series for that matter), what has your experience been like in terms of reliability? Is it worth the risk?

Are driver/connection issues still affecting the Sennheiser IE 600? (alien.top)

They're available brand new for $630 AUD (in Australia) at the moment which seems like a very good price, however I'm still a little hesitant to buy them due to the amount of reports I've seen regarding driver/connection issues.
