Start another business. Then another one. This will prevent laziness πŸ˜‚ Eventually one of them will pop and you can sell and then be extra lazy, but on a beach somewhere.

Yes it does. It’s a civil matter handled in civil courts. In FL, $10k might be the threshold of handling this in civil court vs criminal court though. Talk to a lawyer.
