Because Dumfries has more or less been our best player in the last year or so. And our right back role is basically made for him.
I rate Frimpong, but benching Dumfries at RB would be stupid.

Though I actually thought your victory was nice, it wasn't better. You played horrificly defensive football and if xG would've been a thing back then, everyone would've understood just how lucky you guys got. Literally every single win was outperforming the xG by a spectacular margin.

Is he not playing them out of spite? Or is it because they have looked absolutely dreadful every time they played?
Like, can you tell me with a straight face that players like Akpom, Gaeei, Mikautadze and Ávila have looked like good players on the field for even 10 minutes? Which one of those isn't playing out of spite? That Medic guy scored an absolute worldie, but looks beyond dreadful for the rest of open play. The Mannsverk guy played one match and it was one of the worst individual performances I've ever seen from an Ajax-player.
