The way i understand it, this stops maintenance for Syncthing, but Syncthing-fork in fdroid will continue its development and support as usual. Both show if you do a Syncthing search in fdroid. The fork is more up to date with features.

Also a fork that has been ongoing for years, syncthing-fork.

Syncthing-fork. Both show if you search for Syncthing in fdroid. Since imsodin seems to be OP Dev maintainer for Syncthing, i think he is referring to the fork.

I have no Zigbee and no Wifi problems. Everything connects just fine. And I'd be happy to continue using Zigbee. I mentioned zigbee on the post, and I didn't mention any wifi issues. The reason I'd prefer Zigbee over Wifi for these sort of devices is it saves me having to make rules on the firewall to block them from phoning home. If it's zigbee, it's guaranteed to be local. Just to be sure, I PREFER Zigbee, and I don't have any problems with it so far. Nor with my wifi. Everything's working OK here.

Thanks! The more i check them, the more likely I'll end up just getting these.

And YouTube has video compilations of them. Although the facts text can be a bit distracting.

I have a Zigbee transmitter yeah...Only a few ikea bulbs so far, but they work well and was looking to expand.

So...trying to accommodate to gf's demands, here's a curve ball...which audio headset/earphones would you recommend that, while keeping good audio, sells also in PINK COLOR? Your average Sony XM, Sennheiser Momentum, Airpods etc...they all lack pink. Suggestions?

Hi guys! I'm trying to see if there's alternatives in TTS for the (admittedly) great one Google provides. I'm using Graphene, and so that's not an option I'd like to go around.

Alternatively on the FOSS field, I believe have RHVoice, which I have installed, and eSpeak, which was last updated in 2022 and is not compatible with my Pixel 7 64bit-only phone. So...RHVoice has the problem of having their voices a bit robotic, but more probrematic is that they're VERY muted. On max volume, they're not all that loud, and I ride a motorbike. They're pretty useless, most of the times I can't hear the directions on my headset. Do you guys know any alternative TTS engine I could be using? I've heard the demo sample from the aiyu-ayaan tts-engine and it sounded great, but no idea how can I compile/install it as an Android TTS engine available for other apps to use, just like RHVoice.

Alternatively, are there any other apps/engines you'd recommend?

Thank you!

So...yeah. Just this issue. My ancient trusty S8, which has been with me for quite a few years, is my BYOD work phone. It has been for a while, too. But seems now it's not compliant with the company policies. After some checking, it seems the Play Store is reporting (settings - about) not to be Play Protect certified. But the normal profile is certified! WTF happened, and how can I fix this?

Hi guys! Trying to get Office running on a Mac...How does one get it activated on Mac? On windows it has become so effortless, but I wonder if there's a similar KMS method on Mac?

Thanks!

Hi! Is there any way to set up TC to use private DNS? alternatively, is there any other tracking filtering app compatible with private DNS?

Thanks!

This is becoming a fucking pain in the ass, and it's going to be the final and only reason I end up moving away from it. WTF, makes me feel like I'm back to using Windows. How the hell can I avoid Nobara tampering the firefox welcome page every week?

Thanks!

Hi guys!

Just that...is there any FOSS app I could use to get the air pollution (AQI level) or similar for my area?

Thanks!

Hi guys! Just...that. My parents live in Europe, while my servers are at my home in Asia. Europe home has fiber at about 200Mbps symmetric, and Asia home has 1Gbps symmetric. But due to distance, it's hard to get them to reach very fast speeds at all, being capped at about 1MB/s when transferring files or watching Jellyfin. Is there any way to do some sort of static faster routing for the specific home IPs?

Hi guys! Just wondering...did your decks touchpad sensitivity go completely bonkers on your last update? Now it's registering everything as clicks or drags, you need to almost hover your finger over the touchpad so it doesn't register it as a click...Any ideas?

So...Yeah, the question in the title. Trying to play Lutris TLOU, and all the settings are maxed out just fine, except for the Textures section, that's locked out. ANd then checking the Display settings, I can see my VRAM is at 7806MB...which is...inacurate. It should be getting the full 16GB right? What's going on?

Hi guys! So...I'm trying to run Guitar Hero World Tour (with mods) on my new setup. But, there's a rather...impairing graphical glitch during the gameplay: All the notes falling down to you are...triplicated, forming a VERTICAL wall of notes coming towards you. It's...impossible to see what's coming when. Attaching pic for reference. Any idea what might be causing this? I feel like this is the last hurdle to make it work, everything else runs smoothly, including the guitar. PS: This works on Windows OK.

So.. Yeah, I installed Lutris on my KDE Neon (based off of Ubuntu 22.04, which might have an outdated Mesa...not sure how to get a most recent one?). I'm getting the now well-known AMD issue with textures, where the FBI jackets are non visible, and the facial textures look a bit...flat/untextured. Performance is rather decent with rasterizing, but Path Tracing/RT is grayed out in settings, not available. Another user suggested Nobara, which is Arch/Fedora-based. This fixed the textures, at the cost of completely tanking the performance to around 10-15FPS. RT settings continue to be greyed out... Any idea of what am I doing wrong? My card should be fully capable of displaying RT graphics, right ? Even if not hitting a great framerate, I'd like to see it!

EDIT: Ok...Just to bring some sanity back, Windows DOES enable the path tracing, and I can see the performance hit depending on whether it's enabled or not, and it definitely plays with a rather high FPS if it's off. So...what's gimping my Linux experience? What can I try?

Thanks!
