oh man, that look is all about nailing the lighting and color grading. You'll want to focus on getting it as close as possible in-camera, then tweak it a bit in post to really make it pop. Maybe play around with split toning and curves to get that vibe. Great shots, by the way!

yeah, you should be good as long as it's for personal use and not for commercial gain. plenty of photographers do personal projects with brands and products they like. just make sure not to use it for commercial purposes and you should be fine.

round flash heads tend to create more pleasing catchlights in the eyes, but both shapes can look harsh without diffusion. ultimately, the difference in size is unlikely to be noticeable in eye reflections.
