You can start the business yes. But will have to cut down hours from the main job as your business grows.

I manage 3 Physical therapy clinics. If you look on Google there are far more searches for sports massage than physical therapy, there is huge demand.

Set up Google business profile and become the highest rated clinic by getting ex clients and friends to leave reviews. Basic website. Learn PPC ads on Google. Loyalty campain, if the person buys 6 massages gets 1 free, non refundable.

Rent out to local Pilates / yoga instructors. Add a page to your website titled ‘Studio Hire’.

Also if you have a smaller room could rent out to a physiotherapists etc.

Overall looks good. Can you add a few ‘customer reviews’ even if you make them up? With no visible reviews or acknowledgements of people/companies you work with looks a little untrustworthy.
