We had a good DA in my city, he ended up getting killed by some billionaire vigilante who went after the police commissioners family

The idea of this being some sort of trap/tripwire for Hamas is bizarre. It's pretty damn easy to not fire on US warships, and doing so might be the biggest strategic blunder you could make

Regardless it's also a hotbed of conflict that could easily start spiraling into the rest of the region. A carrier group just offshore can keep an eye on the situation and make sure Iran doesn't get any crazy ideas

It's a deterrent for Iran or other countries that might think they can hop in while Israel is weak

It might disrupt US focus a little, but Israel's military really doesn't need help on this. Israel is heavily militarized with a very advanced domestic defense industry. And as much as Russia has flopped, they're still a former superpower while Hamas is DIYing half their equipment

I'm pointing out that your second paragraph continues to make the point that the main purpose of having children is for them to perform work

To be fair, you did include some people "keeping a child around for enjoyment" which is still pretty dehumanizing

What do you think you wrote in the second paragraph? Because I'm seeing "gone the way of the horse" and "usefulness supplanted by modern technology"

Ah yes, children are only good for manual labor and nothing else

I don't know where you're getting there being more D than R voters in WV. The last two presidential elections went to Trump by 40 points

It kind of makes sense to put it that way. Presumably, workers being unhappy might make some sense if it was a tradeoff between productivity and work-life balance.

But no, it's bad for both social effects and economic effects

I'd be surprised if these places are any good with paying their actual invoices, let alone fake ones
