I've known about the Easter egg for years, but I honestly assumed it wouldn't work in the mobile app.

Turns out it does!

I agree with the other guy somewhat - take out a lot of the casino scene and it's the best star wars movie so far.

I'm pissed Johnson isn't going to get the trilogy he was promised. Instead, we got Abrams making the most corporate star wars to date, and that's saying something

Yeah, Trump looks like he's from a polaroid and Diddy seems like a digital camera. It's definitely some weird lighting conditions

Ah, appreciate it! Love a cool depth of field and lighting effect making things look fake effect, but not when its something actually important!

Honest question - is that second Diddy pic real? The lighting looks really strange to me for some reason. Not like AI, more semi decent at best photoshop

Went back to a TN high school recently for the first time since graduating to do some work.

They had to call local police to check my tool box to make sure it didn't have a gun hidden anywhere, which took almost an hour.

Every single door is locked constantly. Every classroom is locked with a key, so anyone needing to get inside needs the knock to be let in and disturb class. If the teacher needs to go to the bathroom between periods, all the students not already in the class are locked outside.

At one point, I left a door propped open cause I didn't want to disturb the people running lines. The principal, who used to be my principal at another school, attempted to give yell at me over it.

They've also distributed an iPad to every student to act as a hall pass. Except they have to request the pass, raise their hand, ask to use the bathroom, then the teacher has to pull out their iPad and approve it. All of this takes a ton of time.

Starting this year, they only get 3 passes a day. Period. Anymore and the principal has to approve it personally or it's detention. They have nothing in place to make it so kids with intestinal issues can have more passes, and this systems been in place for 3 years now. Every student I talked to told me they knew someone who pissed their pants in class because they weren't allowed to leave under threat of detention or suspension.

TN schools and TN in general is just fucked beyond belief now. And the people who put all these ridiculous policies into place are all currently running unopposed.

The Covenant School shooting and moronic conservative parents having an insane amount of control has straight up regresses TN schools to a worse point of security theatre than post columbine or 9/11. All over a single shooting.

Edit: apologies for my horrendous grammar. However, I'm currently too tired to fix it right now

Fascists co-opt other groups and movements constantly because fascists don't create, they only take and destroy. But hydro homies is well past it's incredibly edgy start and is now just the liquids equivalent of Linux users - never shutting up about how superior they are for doing a minor thing.

Fascists definitely love the in group-ness of it, but there's no "only soda" group that's fighting them and therefore no one to point to as an "other" to forward fascist ideals. Hydro homies is extremely low on the priority for the fascist pipeline. They are incredibly obnoxious when they leak out though.

Also, I vote the potential only sodas group to be called the "soda jerks"

Wtf do hydro homies have to do with this?

This reminds me - I saw spinner wheels in public for the first time in probably 15+ years yesterday. I was genuinely shocked to see them. Man I hope they do not make a comeback.

They've actually all finished the story afaik. And all the things you listed were the main reasons they all didn't like the game.

Can you tell me what you liked about it? I'm not a fan in general (looter shooters like that just aren't my thing), but all my friends are, and none of them have ever had a positive thing to say about 3, with opinions ranging from meh at best to absolutely awful. Hell, even the guy in our group who unironically loves bad games even had nothing good to say

So, you're not wrong, but why did you write that like a FB boomer talking about Obama?

Hi everyone,

I'm having a weird issue with text such as the one in this image. Big or small, fancy or regular, all text comes out looking like it does in the image - cracked and hollow. I've spent the last few days trying to figure out why, and I'm stumped.

I've tried printing slower and slower and adding more and more top layers (the bottom 2 bottle caps are completely solid with 100% infil), but it doesn't seem to fix the issue.

Here's what I'm working with:

  • Ender 3
    • Software 2.0.8.27
    • Hardware 4.2.2
  • CR Touch
  • PrusaSlicer 2.8.0
  • MakerBot PLA Filament
  • I've used various temperatures and speeds. All of them have generated the terrible text you see here

Thanks in advanced for the help!

Update: We seem to be getting somewhere!

The top 2 are the same ones featured in the post above. The bottom left was printed at 110% extrusion and normal speed. The bottom right was printed at 110% extrusion and a much slower speed for the text, and it looks much better! I'm printing another now with higher bridge flow rate (it was 70%, I set it to 85%), so I'll update again in a few minutes when that finishes!

Thanks for the information about calibrating e steps from everyone! It's getting late, so I don't want to mess around with that tonight, but I'll give it a shot tomorrow!

Update 2: welp.

That's possibly the worst one yet. I'm reprinting the bigger insert piece seen in the original post to check if my printer simply can't do that quality or if it's the e steps. If it's e steps, I'm going to bed...

Update 3:

Welp, seems like it's the e-step. However, it's too late for me to care about that right now, so I'm going to bed. Thanks for the help everyone! I'll work on fixing the issue tomorrow
