I was about to say the same thing. Individualism is the root of a lot of the issues. But it is propaganda from the military, automobile, and oil industries that has made this seem normal and preferred.

No sharing allowed in this system. You must buy everything on your own. Your own car, house, food, Internet service, medicine, education.

And if you don't have enough succeed, or even survive, it's your own fault. Not the fault of a society that isolated you with immense distances, reachable only by deadly stroads and highways.

You can have a bike path to the forest preserve going right alongside the road. Or a tram rail.

Isn't this more for fruit flies? I tried something similar for fungal nats and was unsuccessful. What worked for me was yellow sticky pads and letting plant soil dry out almost completely between waterings.
