At this point the feds are just waiting for a Donald Sterling type recording to bring him in. While all of that looks 99% sus in anyone's book. It's still unfortunately missing that 1% to make things concrete to really put him away.

It's because the Spurs are 3-14. People were expecting him to be top 4 in the west and make the playoffs, taking the Nuggets to 7 games in the western conference finals all in his rookie year.
People can be stupid like that.
