I agree the message on the poster is correct.

However, when they grab my attention using my inability to afford food, I was expect the next line to be something to address it that helps me.

It being their political opinion, achieves a surprisingly big letdown for a view I agree with after only one line of text.

Early pneumatic wheels were made with a leather outer tube.

Not as good as rubber, especially in the wet, but better than walking and cheaper than a horse.
