You have every right to be “a bit unscrupulous”. You’re paying for the service. By ignoring your perfectly reasonable request, she’s being very rude and selfish.
Suggestion: once you’ve found a solution, don’t tell her what you’ve done. If she complains about a slow connection, blame it on the ISP for throttling your service or something. I’d suggest blaming her computer, but that could backfire if she asks you to fix the damn thing.

I don’t understand why the federal government allows these buses (or chartered planes, or whatever) to continue. Since it involves crossing state borders, don’t the feds have jurisdiction?
I don’t know what the passengers were told in this instance, but in other cases, people were lied to. They agreed to go because were told they would be getting jobs and homes. I don’t think they would have voluntarily gone if they were told the truth - “we’re going to dump you somewhere as a political stunt. We’re not giving them any prior notice, so it’s anyone’s guess as to how you and your family will be taken care of. We don’t care, because to us, you’re not people. You’re just tools we’ll use to own the libs.”

At first, I thought that revoking her license on procedural grounds, rather than addressing the nonsense she was spewing, was a cowardly decision. After some thought, I realized that the board probably did the right thing. They are using this opportunity to reinforce the board’s authority, which is essential. They’re also giving themselves a second chance to revoke her license on professional grounds, in case she fights the procedural decision in court and somehow wins.
Also, I wonder how the Ohio Advocates for Medical Freedom feel about a woman’s right to choose? I can only guess, but this “nonpartisan” group provides a handy election guide which endorses every Republican and absolutely no Democrats. That might be a clue. I bet they don’t even see the hypocrisy of using the words “Medical Freedom “, because they don’t acknowledge that abortion is health care.

When I wrote my comment, I imagined the second paragraph was describing a totally different, unrelated, hypothetical conversation with some random troll. I imagined myself saying “figure it out for yourself” to them, not you. Sorry for the confusion.
This is one of the extremely rare instances where I can almost sympathize with the man. Making inflammatory statements is his whole shtick. It’s all he knows. To him, being told not to make inflammatory statements is like being told not to talk at all.
(Personally, I’d be perfectly happy if I never heard from him again, but that’s beside the point.)
