New England always had an easy schedule in the weakest division in the NFL. Plus they had a little help in their scheduling from Rodger Goodell. It’s the reason the Chiefs always had to play them in New England. There was a million instances of games like that. Don’t get me started on the referees across the league being Stan’s of TB. The whole Patriot thing after 9-11 was some kind of symbolic thing. Ok downvote me😆
