First of all im a huge draymond/warriors hater even though I live in the bay area lol.

Popovich did this with manu and bowen.

Phil Jackson played into Rodman's antics because he knew how good he was. He defended jordan as well when he did crazy shit but that was an easy decision to make lol.

Point is, if I am a coach, and I start publicly criticizing one of the stars of the team, chemistry wise it will destroy the team. What gobert said about kerr not wanting to say anything out loud is probably true, we already know the FO confronted draymond about KD. They have been probably doing the same, but he's on a fatass contract and steph probably wants him there. What do they do trade him even though your franchise player wants him there?

I think the "broke the code" thing is the same, just kerr defending his players.
