No matter what, in many areas of my life I end up looking at what's happening in Japan. Somehow they always inspire me and connect with me!

Any Japanese photographers (especially landscape or portrait or documentary) that you could share? I love Toshio Shibata for example, but I'm open to different photography styles too as aforementioned!

Hello,

I'm curious to know about how photographers make a living with their art. I know for instance Alec Soth would apply to grants for expensive projects, while investing his own money on lower budget projects. Others would be teachers at university while photographing before getting famous. Otherwise would just get assignments from magazines while working on personal stuff, or proposing personal projects to magazines that would fund their ideas.

Anyway, you get it: any nice interview that could illustrate me ways that photographers make money and realise their projects?

It can be a lecture at university, or an interview..anything! Thanks !!
