Off topic - I recently got Mark's 1991 book "AI in the Era of NN and Chaos Theory". Very lovely, a bit in style of Seibel's PCL. (I got it after watching a review on a YouTube channel)
I am not an AI practitioner, but what I learned by skimming struck me as still relevant.
Reading the books make me wish I was retired, and have time to go through the code and the examples. That will have to wait :-)
