Homoglyphs? Invisible text? Bidirectional text? Just highlight every line that goes beyond ASCII with yellow warning colors and require to vet it. Maybe make localization data an exception.
I do. While I could've self-hosted it easily, I'm just consciously OK with it being public.
I see you're holding to the Australian view on cryptography.
You're right. I forgot not all Ayas are cute pocketable OLED 5.5-inchers.
No, I just daily-drive a OneNetbook 4. Steam Deck is wider than that. Or a GPD Win Max. Or anything reasonably-sized, really.
You did all you could to prevent that from happening.
Same. I'll never believe in GP AI until I see a proof that a matching GP NI exists.
Speaking of bigger numbers: Are there even any rivals larger than Steam Deck? The damn thing is wider than my laptop.
I think the point of the original Deck and the recent update are that they have too crappy of a screen to play non-demanding games, too weak hardware to play demanding games and too heavy of a body if what you do is just streaming from a PC.
"What should I attempt before deciding I need to roll my own?"
Definitely don't. If there isn't a FLOSS Linux client for it, just don't use it.
Yeah, just don't. Allowing to code in anything other than English is a disservice, plain and simple.
Inb4, I'm not being US-centric, Latin ain't even my native alphabet.
