Hello r/nba fans! I come to you bearing the gift of a 1-month MVP ranking!
I created and trained a model to predict the award winner based on their statistics only. It takes into account multiple advanced stats and some per 36 statistics as well as win%. The model is run 500 times and the choices are added up.
Currently the rankings are:
Joel Embiid
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander
Nikola Jokic
Tyrese Maxey
Luka Doncic
They are sorted by their predicted award shares
