Lemme give you a little bit of backstory.

I used to use these Razer Kraken headphones (please don't judge me I was 12) and they gave me this real bad infection/blister on the inner ridge of my ear (see picture of ear diagram, not my actual ear lol) so I got DT770 (please don't judge me I was 14) to try and fix it, but they had the same problem, so I used a little bit of memory foam from a mattress topper, cut it to size, and put it in my headphones. Problem was that it was totally ruining the sound from those headphones, and I recently looked into getting a pair of headphones that were a little better than the DT770, tried a couple Sennheisers like the 560S but didn't like the fit/sound sig so I settled with the DT880 (pls don't judge me I was 18).

These had a little bit more foam between the driver and where my ear sits, but that is starting to wear away and my ear is hurting again. Is there anything I can do to put a little foam between my ear and the driver without ruining the sound? I don't love IEM's, I like over-ear headphones as they tend to be more immersive to me. I rather like my DT880's other than this issue, but I feel this issue will just persist with any headphones due to the kinda janky ear shape I have.

Is there a certain material foam that would disrupt the sound the least? Or is this all just hopeless and I should go see a doctor for plastic ear surgery (lol)?

Any suggestions, help, advice is super appreciated! And if this isn't the right place to ask this question, sorry, and let me know where is! (Again, see image to see diagram of the part of my ear that is irritated)
