I would go for an IWC Pilots Chronograph (Green or Petit Prince), JLC Polaris. Scratch that. You should definitely get a Zenith El Primero before any of those.

The Oris Aquis Great Barrier Reef has a great dial and a lumed bezel, too. If you don't mind a 43.5mm watch.
