  • Game sound tracks (Frank Klepacki).

  • Violin covers of movie themes and game soundtracks (Taylor Davis).

  • Weird Austrian pop band from the 80s (E.A.V.)

  • Jpop.

Take your pick.

Yeah, all my original CDs are somewhere in an attic, maybe. I bought the remaster version for €10 a few years back, which is pretty nice.

Heroes of the Storm, SC2 and Overwatch where battle.net only on release, I think.

I think they move everything but WC1 to battle.net these days.

1450 anime

Since you listed them separately from shows does the count also include anime movies?

Still, if I add up both my shows and movie I'm at 1447. Damn you!

There is really no fundamental difference between an organsim or a sufficently complicated machine and there is no reason why the later shouldn't have the possibilty of emergent properties.

and you are the problem with internet interactions.

Defensive much? Looks you're the one with the problem.

There are emergent properties all the way down to the quantum level, being "organic" has nothing to do with it.

Are you a fellow Lateral Podcast listener?

Indeed, though I have the feeling that I've known about this story longer then that. Maybe it was on QI?

Almon Brown Strowger was an undertaker and suspected that a rival buisness used their wife's position as a switchboard operator to steal customers.

So he invented the automatic switchboard and put his competitors wife out of a job.

I must have gone through all the options twice, but can't find it. Not a super big deal, but since you already have the library button below, it's a bit redundant and unnecessarily taking up space.
