Why does System76 hide part numbers / part lists? in c/system76@hardware.watch

No, absolutely not. In my experience, System76 has been 100% helpful as far as information/parts goes. When my Pangolin needed a new fan customer service sent me the part # immediately and told me where I could buy the part.

My pangolin is 11 years old and customer service walked me through replacing the thermal paste and it is running like a dream again. Love System76!
