If you are new to watches, make sure you understand the difference between a quartz watch and an automatic (mechanical). A good video talking about the strengths and weaknesses of each

You might consider a Casio Oceanus OCW-S100-1AJF Solar powered quartz, with a scratch resistant Sapphire lens. 100m water resistance so it's safe for pool or shower. Atomic radio controlled, so it automatically connects with an atomic clock, so it is always 100% accurate and sets itself for daylight savings time.

The Casio Lineage is a great pick. It will automatically connect to an atomic clock, so it will always be 100% accurate. Plus it's solar powered.

For a solar powered quartz, you might consider a Citizen Eco-Drive AW1780-09L or maybe a AU1040-08E

If you decide on a mechanical, maybe an Orient RA-AG0005L10A
