Hi all - trying to find out as much as I can about this watch. It is a Longines from 1948. Has an art deco style case. Was originally a gift to my great grandfather from my great grandmother.
Having difficulty finding info on the reference, movement, etc. Can anybody tell me more about this piece and/or direct me to resources that can?
Most of the worst stuff seems to be speculation, so for now we only know with reasonable certainty that he’s an arrogant asshole.
Why not support another independent watchmaker? People talk about who The Gronefeld brothers, Rexhep, Max Busser… the list goes on with watchmakers that are known to be good people that make incredible watches. If you’re shopping Journe, you could shop these other manufacturers.
Not calling for a cancellation and if you honestly love the watches then don’t shy away because of internet rumors.
