It's written that they did notice it but were unable to pinpoint the problem and thought it is a software bug. Reminds of a recent story where an actual software bug got post workers in the UK jail time and huge fines because they were accused of stealing that money

It also feels like Ponytail in this strip is a time traveller

On a related note, internal search sites implemented is usually a horrible abomination unable to find anything remotely relevant to the search. Bonus points if it doesn't allow exact search in some cases or at all; even if you know the specific text you search for, you'll go through hell to find it

Edit: better wording for exact search

But still I used to get results in about half of attempts, and now It's more like one out of five

Sometimes mediocre will become better with time. If they do not make it mediocre they will likely make none rather than make outstanding right away.

That is sad. But also trying to blackmail children with not giving them one's money after one doesn't need them anymore is even more sad

I once had 80/40 or 60/40, can't remember exact number, for a very short time. It wasn't too pleasant and judging by the doctor reaction it wasn't supposed to be that low. It was just after a tooth removal, just a bit of overreaction 😅

Thank you for sharing the info, I should memorise the threshold to use it when uncertain if the pressure is too low

Such a deep meaning behind such simple comment 🌚

Well, things change. With time I became more wary of people who claim they will "never" or "always" do something. It's not a realistic thing most of the time

Not if you never write the message, more like

Well, I may be under the wrong impression but it occurred to me that the US govt likes to spy on everyone, friends and foes and the US citizens, too
