Interesting look at the mayoral race in Montgomery, AL. The incumbent mayor has done a good job, but he’s Black. The White good ol’ boys network has recruited some guy from Florida to run against him and regain their seat of power.

It’s gone from vital to junk in just a few months. Without its moderators, Reddit faces the same fate: lots of activity, but most of it junk.
