You do know that Android is a wholly owned subsidiary of Google, right?

I agree with fuck big corporations, but Android isn’t a savior, it’s basically the only open source option for now. Google is shoving their AI into it, and you can only use the most secure version of Android, GrapheneOS, by buying a Pixel, a phone made by Google.

The better goal is for other open source OS’s to become more mainstream and have the capabilities of Android or iPhone.
