Pu'er (fermented black tea sold in big solid disks or chunks) it's nice and dark, reminds me of coffee. I also enjoy iron goddess(Tieguanyin) oolongs and white peony.

There are 801 billionaires in the US out of about 335,893,238 people. If everyone else were to reduce their carbon footprint by even a tenth of a percent then there would be significantly less carbon in the atmosphere than if every billionaire in the US were to reduce their carbon footprint to zero.

I thought the point of this instance was to try and start a decent one here.

Thankfully we can bypass the politicians and implement a better voting system via citizen ballot initiatives in most states. Maine and Alaska have already adopted ranked choice voting via ballot initiatives.

I'm still waiting for that Metroid game that was supposed to be on it.

Metroid Dread came out a while ago.

When will the amount of spam and astroturfing outpace the glacial development of moderation tools and destroy the whole thing?

Where can I find this TCG shop sim?

I just want to note that "Implement Unity" includes the substep of "use C# to generate C++".

The Marvels served the role of a TV-Movie for the Ms. Marvel series, they should have had it straight to Disney plus with a modest budget. Several of these smaller marvel movies/shows probably might have been better off with lower budgets. Not everything needs to be a homegoenous tentpole and by trying to force it, Disney is just setting expectations too high and burning money disappointing a large audience when they could have been entertaining a smaller audience.

Newgrounds or Ebaum's World must have made some money from ads, but I don't think any of that was profit-shared with the creators back in those days.

Ebaums actually decompiled flash animations to remove watermarks added by the creators just so they could keep all the ad revenue for themselves.

I remember they used that armor all throughout Power Rangers In Space/Power Rangers in the lost galaxy.

Whenever I try to post an image this morning, the upload fails no matter what browser/client/frontend I use with:

Request error: error sending request for url (http://pictrs:8080/image): operation timed out

Also this shows a popup with SyntaxError: Unexpected token 'R', "Request er"... is not valid JSON but I assume that's a bug with the lemmy frontend since voyager shows the correct error.

Perforce (programming.dev)

Perforce is a VCS which is commonly used in game development. Perforce is as tough to understand as Git and unfortunately doesn't have nearly the community Git has to turn to for help (perhaps rightfully so due to being proprietary software vs FOSS). I'd like to have a spot for folks using perforce to discuss, ask questions, and spread understanding to maybe make the ecosystem more friendly (especially since so many of us in games are more or less stuck with it).
