I have faceless YT channel and l need TSS for voice-over since my voice and mic really sucks

Here is my requirements:

  • It should be male voice
  • It should have at least decent quality
  • Allows you use it commercially (software and training model)
  • CPU should be sufficent to run
  • It should be FOSS and run on local machine

Why l would pay 30$ to dumpester fire OS to use it securely for another year when l could install Linux for free with more than 7 year security?

And consumers can only pay for single year.

It just shows how M$ doesn't care about their costumers treating them like lab rats.
