Try New Zealand. Clean, safe, beautiful country with a relatively low cost of living compared to much of the Western world. Plus, no roaches!

As a fellow nomad, I feel you on needing the basics nearby. For me, reliable wifi and access to nature (hiking trails, parks, etc) are essentials. It's awesome you built a tool to filter locations - super helpful for trip planning!
