The Blu-Ray version is what most sites show these days (and sounds amazing), but my system is CD and vinyl only. I know the original mastering of this cycle in the 1970s was controversial. Can someone please point me to the best remastering on CD? A link would be appreciated.

I’d like to add advertising revenue to my website, and I’m overwhelmed by Googling all the countless resources for learning how to do this. Is there a best resource or two for this?

I’m looking for basics: how do I get signed up with a display ad network? How many visitors do I need before the network will take me seriously? What kind of revenue should I expect for a given quantity of monthly visitors? Etc. Thanks in advance!
