These mirrors make things look smaller (appear further), hence the warning. So there's a giant eyeball or whatever that appears to be pretty close, and the joke is that it's even closer than that?


I like how this implies that the person either said "pole-ish" outloud and it's an anti-joke, or they can actually see the text when someone speaks and that's how they communicate.
