Still a Better Love Story than Twilight

I have an idea. How about world put all wealthy people in one small country for wealthy people. If you cross certain wealth you are put into this country that you can't escape. There are not other people there and you need to manage all your life only with wealthy people around. There will be no import and no export from this country, no currency exchange but cameras all over the place so we can all see how wealthy people are capable to manage.

Every person who have hands can hold weapon. Every person can perform moral judge. People can join group and abandon any system they want and it doesn't have to be anarchy system. Any people can arrive to any country at any time. Like imagine all UK people are suddenly abandoning their homes and arriving to France. Who can stop them ? Don't overthink it. We are only two weeks of power failure away from this system.

I hate google but they still pay good money to opensource and take responsibility by organizing google summer of code.

This week was the best of times for Akamai and the worst of times for Cloudflare.

On the same evening, content delivery network mainstay Cloudflare announced it was cutting about a fifth of its staff in a realignment around AI, its competitor Akamai announced a seven-year, $1.8 billion deal with a leading LLM provider that Bloomberg identified as Anthropic.

Akamai CEO Tom Leighton said this was the largest deal in the company’s history and that it came after another large, unidentified frontier-model developer signed a $200 million deal last quarter.

Does that mean that more local LLMs are arriving to computers ?
