The Clean Air Act allows California to seek a waiver of the preemption which prohibits states from enacting emission standards for new motor vehicles. EPA must grant a waiver, however, before California’s rules may be enforced.

So much for "state rights" I guess.

Policies objectively didn't matter. I can't find the link now but when they made people pick the policies they agreed with without knowing whose it was, the Dem policies won like 90%.

Same. Summit is amazing and since starting to use it a year ago I haven't even wanted to try anything else again.

And for reference I used to use baconreader for a decade over on Reddit. Summit has a similar vibe for me.
