Yeah. You get to jump the queue for elective / non-critical stuff. And even if the surgery is in the private system it's usually the same doctor. I had a pretty serious surgery done, and it was in private hospital, but the same doctor does 2 days private and 2 days public every week.

Took me 10 mins to find how to turn it off. And they keep trying to sneak it on again.
At least twice a week I have to cancel it when it asks to run something which will fuck things up.
I was there for Windows Me. Even Windows 95 I don't think people today would believe me how often it blue screened or had to be rebooted. Multiple times per day.
