Important terminology distinction -- you don't "incorporate" an LLC. LLCs are not corporations.

Now, the name of a company can be pretty much anything. Company names are not necessarily trademarks, as opposed to with product names that are intended to be marketed and thus need to be protected. Do a search for trademarks and see what you turn up, because it sounds like IP is the area of interest for you. ;)

W2 is not really freelancing. You'd be an actual employee.

Ultimately this different structure wouldn't change your tax burden; you'd pay the same in taxes on the same amount, just at a different time. Your payroll and income taxes will be withheld, so your checks may appear smaller.

And the company may be liable for benefits.

If you are travelling, the company may take on legal liabilities for you in whatever territory you're in, so they'd for sure want to know where you are at all times.

The concept of tables with numbers has been in use for millenia. Unlikely a patent on it would stand up, especially after the Supreme Court's "Alice" ruling.

None.

I never even open an email from someone I don't recognize.

Also, I run my own mail server, and I have custom spam and security running that block tons of stuff already before it's received, so it's very rare that I'll even see a cold email.
